Tarryn Poppesqou is an attorney and Director of Futcher and Poppesqou Incorporated. Tarryn provides labour, data protection and commercial litigation services throughout South Africa and in all industries.

Tarryn Poppesqou is a director of Futcher & Poppesqou Incorporated, bringing over 15 years of post-qualification experience to the table. A graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Tarryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Cum Laude), and a Master’s Degree in Business Law. Her expertise and passion for labour law has earned her recognition within the industry, serving as both Vice-President and President of the KwaZulu-Natal Chapter of SASLAW (The South African Society for Labour Law) and presenting at various SASLAW National Conferences. Her insights on derivative misconduct in South Africa have been published in the prestigious Industrial Law Journal.
